Block & Butcher’s masterclass is aimed at food lovers, those who love the hands on approach and of course, those who want to learn a new skill. We have designed our butchery master classes to give you a good basic understanding of some traditional skills to learn more about meat and get the most out of it.
Each course is tailored to focus on the current season and meat trends. The course includes basic knife skills, trussing and the fundamental skills of butchery.
You will take home all the meat that you have prepared to enjoy at home with friends and family!
Our class sizes are small and limited to just 4 people to a session giving us the quality time to spend with everyone, supervising you as you work and answering any questions you may have.
Classes are held at our butchery in Wendover and include light refreshments.
This class is £125 per person; this includes all the meat you will prepare and refreshments.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and classes must be booked within this period.
You can also make a private group booking, ideal for an alternative hen or stag do, or simply have a group of friends who are all a bit geeky about meat. Please get in touch with us to see what we can offer.
