Meat, Greet And Eat
Have you ever wanted to better understand the world of butchery?
Want to know how to separate your flat iron from your feather?
Now is the chance to learn where your favourite steaks comes from!
At Block & Butcher we are so excited to be hosting the first of our meat, greet and eat evenings.
The evening will start with welcome drinks, nibbles and a mingle, we will then begin!
You will take your seats and watch an in-depth butchery demo and discussion unfold. This will include seam butchery, knife skills, how to recognize well reared meat and most importantly identifying and understanding where some of your favourite cuts/steaks come from.
Once we have worked up your appetites we will then serve you up a delicious street food style feast made using the very cuts we had just been working on!
The evening will finish up with an informal Q and A session and to add to the excitement you will receive a meaty goody bag to take away with you.
The Evening will take place on Wednesday 6th November from 19.00pm – 21.30pm, tickets are very limited and are on a first come first served basis.
