Corner cut of Topside is the prime roasting joint of beef, completely seamless, giving you perfect slices every time.  It is a lean and tender joint which is aged for at least 4 weeks to help develop that flavour and tenderness making it ideal as a conventional roasting joint which can be served pink in the middle or even be slow cooked to melt in the mouth tenderness.
