Our free range roasting chickens are a traditional Sasso breed.
These birds enjoy a happy life doing what they do best by foraging freely around the orchards and fields on Potash Farm, tucked away in Gubblecote, near Tring. Left alone to grow to full maturity creating a deeper flavour and richer taste. Comes complete with giblets for that all important homemade gravy.
