This traditional Sasso breed enjoy a happy life doing what they do best by foraging freely around the orchards and fields on Potash Farm, tucked away in Gubblecote, near Tring. These Cockerels grow to full maturity creating a deeper flavour and richer taste.
Perfect for Christmas Eve, a Boxing Day treat or for those who are looking for an alternative to turkey but still wanting that festive centre piece.
