We have such beautiful pastures that are perfect for sheep farming. Rich, lush pastures allow farmers to rear lamb slowly on a grass fed diet giving them the optimum muscle confirmation and perfect amount of evenly distributed fat-and this all adds up to great flavour!
A Leg of lamb on the bone is tender, delicious and full of flavour whether its served rare, medium or well done. If you prefer, why not ask us to butterfly it for you to sizzle it on the BBQ (that’s the way I like it best!).
